Our Attorneys
Fatima Hassan-Salam
Fatima Hassan-Salam is licensed in Texas, New Mexico and Michigan.
She has more than 30 years of experience in personal injury and criminal law cases and has handled thousands of personal injury cases is her 33 years of practice. Fatima obtained her under graduate degrees from Southern Methodist University and she graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She worked with the Dallas firms of Hughes & Luce and Hal Monk & Associates before forming her own firm.
Fatima was born in South Africa and grew up in Dallas, Texas. She is committed to justice and social services and volunteers extensively. Fatima is committed to putting her clients’ needs first, which is the philosophy of the firm.
Rebecca Rutan
Rebecca Rutan is a compassionate personal injury attorney with years of experience fighting for the rights of injured individuals and families in Texas. When not engaged in her legal practice, she likes to spend her free time volunteering and helping people in her community. She has a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Wajiha Misbah
Wajiha Misbah is an associate attorney focusing her practice on personal injury and civil litigation. Her practice includes representing clients injured in motor vehicle collisions and other personal injury matters, including claims involving uninsured and underinsured motorists.
Wajiha earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she gained experience in legal research, litigation, and client advocacy.
Wajiha is fluent in Urdu and is committed to providing compassionate and effective representation to her clients. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys staying active and pursuing fitness and is an active member of her community.
